PostHog — product analytics and usage tracking. PostHog may collect behavioral data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns.
Session replay: for a portion of visits — primarily on draft-related pages — PostHog may record a visual reconstruction of your session, including on-screen content, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, to help us diagnose issues and improve the Service. Not every visit is recorded. Every form field value (including passwords, item names, and contact information you type into the Service) is masked before a recording ever leaves your browser — recordings never contain the actual text you entered into a field.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of sending draft notifications.
Telnyx — SMS notification delivery. Your phone number is transmitted to Telnyx solely for the purpose of sending draft turn notifications.
We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
When you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect your mobile phone number solely to send transactional draft alerts, including:
Message frequency varies based on your draft activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You may also manage SMS preferences at any time from Settings → Notifications.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS provider (Telnyx) for the sole purpose of delivering the transactional messages described above. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Service.

Analytics tracking via PostHog, including session replay described in Section 4, may use cookies. We do not currently display an in-app cookie consent prompt. You can prevent this tracking by blocking cookies and third-party scripts in your browser's privacy settings, or by using a privacy-focused browser extension.
We use industry-standard security practices including JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens and HttpOnly refresh tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
