By accessing or using Get Drafted Now ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Get Drafted Now is an online draft management platform that allows users to create and participate in custom drafts for fantasy sports, games, and other purposes. League commissioners must create an account. Drafters may participate as guests via magic link without creating an account.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to transmit spam or harassing content

5. Commissioner Responsibilities

League commissioners are responsible for:

• The content of their item pools and league settings
• Managing their league members appropriately
• Any communications sent to members via the Service

6. Guest Access

Guest drafters access the Service via magic links. These links are tied to a specific league slot. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a magic link being shared with unintended parties.

7. Notifications and SMS Consent

By providing your email address, you consent to receiving transactional draft-related notifications via email. You may opt out at any time from Settings → Notifications or by contacting us at [email protected].

By providing your mobile phone number and confirming SMS opt-in at Settings → Notifications, you consent to receive transactional draft notifications via SMS from Get Drafted Now. These messages include on-the-clock alerts, draft started/complete reminders, pick-due-soon warnings, and league invitations. Message frequency varies based on your draft activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, by toggling SMS preferences in Settings → Notifications, or by contacting [email protected]. Reply HELP to any message for help, or visit getdraftednow.com/help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Service.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is the property of Get Drafted Now. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Drafted Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
